Throughout his career since his first job, Alvaro Rey has always been loyal to the Intercontinental Hotels Group and occupied managerial positions in hotels in South America, Jordan, Australia and now London. In his current position of General Manager of the Intercontinental Park Lane in London, he led his teams to overcome the difficult economic context and increase turnover by 13%, while also increasing profits and securing employee loyalty.
